Al-Ghazali Supplemntary school update

Al-Ghazali Centre has begun work on the ground floor which was out of use due to the basement floor works. The major works in the basement have now finished (Phase 1A of the building project) and we are now able to utilise the ground floor space.

The ground floor now has five extended classrooms as well as the four classrooms on the first floor which are ready for use. We intend to restart the school at the beginning of November and will deliver classes over two days, both Saturday and Sunday every weekend. This will allow us to follow Government Covid-19 rules and ensure that all staff and pupils are safe. We're now kindly asking for your generous financial support to help us finish final preparations to our classrooms.

The following items are needed:

50 tables = £2,650

110 chairs = £2,860

Flooring for 5 classrooms and corridor = £4,400 (supply and fit)

Window blinds x 6 = £300

Smartboards (refurbished) x 8 = £4,992

You can sponsor: One full classroom (10 tables and 20 chairs) at £1,046 Half a classroom at £523.00

A quarter of a classroom at £261.50

Or you can donate whatever amount you can afford, every penny helps and will be greatly appreciated.

Please remember your donation will be regarded as a Sadaqah Jariyah (Continuous charity) that will benefit you in this life and the afterlife.

Allah Subhanahu wa Talla says in the Noble Quran:
“O you who believe! Spend of that with which We have provided for you, before a Day comes when there will be no bargaining, nor friendship, nor intercession. And it is the disbelievers who are the Wrongdoers.” [al-Baqarah 2:254]

The Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him said “When a person dies, his deeds come to an end, except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim)
