Islamic Awareness
The Islam Awareness programme supports schools in the teaching of Islam as part of the curriculum through the delivery of fun, interactive and informative workshops for pupils and staff.
This includes:
- Assemblies, classroom workshops
- Recources and materials such as prayer mats, Islamic dress wear and Islamic art activities
- Sessions can be tailored to suit your educational needs
The Supplementary School is open to both male and female members from age 5 and above.
With demand for our school we have
over 100 pupils on the waiting list.
90% of our youth regularly use the centre’s facilities.
English as Additional Language
The EAL programme provides schools assistance with EAL learners and families from bilingual backgrounds in order to promote integration and cohesion.
The programme assists schools in the following:
- Providing one to one support for EAL pupils in schools
- Help schools liaise with families
